Leads UX architecture and product design direction across a B2B scientific intelligence platform. Responsibilities include user research, information architecture, prototyping, design systems, usability improvements, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Science, and Commercial teams. The role also establishes design processes and recruits, manages, and mentors a growing product design organization.

Provides executive and commercial leadership support through calendar, travel, expense, communication, meeting, and information management. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, customer visits, conferences, dinners, sales events, and internal commercial programs. Manages timelines, logistics, vendors, budgets, materials, and stakeholder communications while improving workflows and operational efficiency. Represents leadership professionally with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.

Leads Drug Hunter’s global event program across hosted symposia, mixers, dinners, scientific conferences, sponsorships, sales events, and digital Flash Talks. Owns attendee and speaker experience, event logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, conference coordination, HubSpot tracking, follow-up workflows, event calendars, and standardized operating procedures. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Science, and Marketing to support commercial priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Curate and interpret drug discovery data from scientific papers, patents, and other disclosures. Responsibilities include interpreting chemical structures and biological data, building and maintaining databases, researching biopharmaceutical R&D, and surfacing accurate insights for scientific and industry audiences. The role requires strong data curation, patent literature, chemoinformatics, scientific communication, and attention to detail skills.

Curate and interpret scientific papers, patents, chemical structures, and biological data related to emerging drug discovery technologies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining accurate databases, researching biopharmaceutical R&D, identifying key scientific insights, and supporting cross-functional Scientific and Data team projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, scientific literature expertise, and familiarity with chemical drawing tools, scientific databases, spreadsheets, and patent processes.
