Travel up to 25% within Canada and the United States.

Support project implementation and procurement for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. Coordinate schedules, vendor commitments, documentation, subcontractor operations, and stakeholder communications. Track milestones, prepare project plans and reports, manage submittals and invoicing, assist RFP and contract exhibit development, maintain business management tools, and identify process improvements. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and promote strong customer service and safety.

Lead development and management of technical requirements for EMS controls and Power Conversion Systems for utility-scale battery energy storage. Create security and compliance requirements, track standards, support certification testing, perform risk assessments, maintain version control and AI tools, and report to stakeholders while coordinating across R&D, commercial, and engineering teams.

The Technical Solutions Manager oversees inverter technology for energy storage products, ensuring compliance and driving product development while collaborating across teams.

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will support the commissioning and performance monitoring of battery storage systems, analyze operational data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
