Troubleshoots field failures, creates service cases, problem reports, and RMAs, follows up on device returns, and documents complaints under quality standards. Conducts pre- and post-sale technical calls, gathers voice-of-customer insights, updates procedures, and collaborates with accounting, regulatory, logistics, supplier quality, and engineering teams.
