Drafts and engineers formwork and shoring projects for manufacturing and construction. Prepares equipment requirements, develops technical designs, performs structural analyses, compiles engineering calculations, and manages assigned presale and contracted projects. The role coordinates with internal teams, supervises project progress, reviews results, and ensures designs meet safety, quality, and customer-service standards.

Generates sales and rental revenue for EFCO forming systems across an assigned Western States territory. Develops customer relationships, manages the full consultative sales cycle, presents customized formwork solutions, supports customers after the sale, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, forecasts opportunities, and meets activity and financial targets. The role is fully onsite in Oregon and requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, mechanical aptitude, and customer relationship skills.
