Provide technical consulting, solution design, and implementation guidance for Intapp products and integrations. Develop Boomi and ETL integrations using SQL, REST, and SOAP APIs; apply AI and automation to improve delivery, data transformation, security, and compliance. Gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, lead projects, report progress, troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and support successful client outcomes.

Owns and codifies business definitions and calculation methods for legal spend analytics, audits legacy Excel/PowerPoint artifacts, validates analyses (SQL and AI), supports reporting and storytelling for senior law department and C-suite audiences, and helps migrate analyses into modern analytics tooling.

Support eDiscovery operations by collecting, processing, searching, culling, and packaging electronic records (primarily email) using industry tools. Maintain and improve process documentation, perform QC/validation, coordinate with IT and legal stakeholders, troubleshoot client issues, and manage timelines and reporting. May work additional hours to meet commitments.

Lead and grow Epiq's Change Enablement practice for law firms, designing and delivering enterprise change programs that drive AI and technology adoption, workflow redesign, leadership coaching, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Advise clients, build enablement frameworks, develop go-to-market offerings, and mentor internal teams to embed sustainable behavioural change in legal organisations.

Leads enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth for AI-powered eDiscovery, legal technology, compliance, analytics, and data intelligence solutions. Builds pipelines, manages complex consultative sales cycles, develops executive client relationships, expands strategic accounts, and positions responsible AI adoption. Partners with product, operations, legal, security, marketing, and executive teams on solution development, pricing, contracts, implementation, and market expansion across corporations, law firms, government, and regulated industries.
