Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
eSentire offers a subsidy for wellness activities. Each employee receives $350 USD per year to spend on things like gym memberships, fitness equipment, sports team dues, cooking classes, etc.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits are offered through our benefits provider, MetLife, should you require them.
eSentire's dental plan options are offered through MetLife. This plan provides employees the freedom to choose any dentist and have coverage.
