Lead product marketing for an AI-powered compliance SaaS platform. Own buyer positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, launches, sales enablement, customer webinars, and product marketing assets. Partner directly with compliance, HR, and legal buyers, synthesize customer feedback for Product, translate technical roadmaps into clear value propositions, and prototype campaigns, webpages, and interactive tools using AI. The role is fully remote within the United States.

Own expansion revenue across a high-volume book of mid-market customers. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals and churn risk, build business cases with champions, conduct ROI-focused business reviews, negotiate creative deals, and maintain pipeline discipline in Salesforce. The role carries a quota, partners with Customer Success Engineers, and helps develop the expansion playbook.

Own the technical sales process from discovery through close by partnering with account executives, leading tailored demos, answering technical questions, and supporting evaluations and proofs of concept. Build prototypes, integrations, and demo assets; address security, SSO, and HRIS integration questions; complete RFPs and technical reviews; and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires high autonomy, technical curiosity, adaptability, and presales experience in B2B SaaS or an adjacent technical customer-facing role.

Generate outbound and inbound pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn sequences, lead qualification, and meeting booking for Account Executives and CSMs. Research target accounts, refine messaging, respond quickly to high-intent leads, track conversion metrics, maintain accurate HubSpot and Salesforce records, and use AI-assisted workflows. The role requires resilience, self-coaching, strong communication, prioritization, and rapid learning in a remote B2B SaaS environment.
