Leads FP&A strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, modeling, and scenario analysis. Partners with executives and operational leaders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Manages and develops financial business partners, improves FP&A processes and reporting, supports financial controls, and communicates results to financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Supports daily cash application by posting incoming payments, creating payment loaders, researching unapplied funds and overpayments, resolving payment discrepancies, communicating with customers, and assisting with audits. Maintains accurate reconciliation documentation and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing.

Own indirect procurement category strategies across IT, facilities, professional services, travel, safety, and other spend areas. Lead spend analysis, competitive sourcing events, negotiations, total-cost-of-ownership modeling, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and procure-to-pay improvements. Build stakeholder alignment, implement preferred-supplier programs, report savings, and support procurement practices across a dispersed organization.

Processes and verifies payable invoices, enters invoice data, resolves discrepancies, responds to vendor and employee questions, and explains accounts payable policies. Compiles reports using Excel and Smartsheet, indexes bills of lading, routes mail, maintains files, supports audits, and assists the Accounts Payable Manager. This is a remote role requiring accuracy, organization, strong computer skills, and effective communication.
