Own hiring strategy and execution for the Software organization and scale TA across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. Build and lead a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators; partner with senior hiring managers on forecasting and mapping talent needs; design hiring processes, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and metrics; run critical searches (including hard-to-fill skilled trades and procurement roles); and drive employer brand and recruiting performance.

Lead and scale talent acquisition for Fluidstack's Data Center organization: own hiring strategy, execute critical searches, build and manage a TA team, partner with senior hiring managers on workforce planning, design fast high-quality hiring processes, and own recruiting metrics and infrastructure.

Lead design, development, and commissioning of SCADA/BMS/EPMS for data centers. Develop architectures, program PLCs/SCADA/HMIs, create SOOs/P&IDs, mentor engineers, and support FAT, construction, and commissioning across US and Europe.

Lead the controls design development team to create repeatable template designs, SOOs, point lists, BOMs, and Division 25 specs. Set technical direction and reference architectures, drive cross-discipline design decisions to meet site schedules, automate commissioning, and hire and grow controls engineers to scale modular data center deployments.

Develop, test, and validate template PLC programs for data center mechanical equipment across multiple PLC platforms. Implement sequences of operations in PLC code, wire and bench-test PLCs and sensors, debug against real IO and failure conditions, and create reusable, portable code for fleetwide deployment.

Design template controls packages, sequences of operations, points lists, and BOMs for modular data centers. Own Division 25 automation spec, coordinate controls across mechanical/electrical/commissioning teams, and produce repeatable, deployable controls designs for programming and field implementation.

Design and build end-to-end software primitives for AI infrastructure: domain modeling of power/datacenters/chips, authorization, audit, orchestration, vendor data ingestion (KMZ/BIM/Revit), and agent integration to enable safe, auditable agent operators. Ship production-quality systems and work across ambiguity to turn unstructured data into durable, composable entities.

Build and maintain foundational infrastructure platforms (CMDB, DCIM, asset lifecycle, monitoring, observability, automation). Deliver self-service tooling, workflow orchestration, integrations, and scalable, reliable systems while partnering with operations, security, and product teams. Drive technical direction, CI/CD, IaC, and production readiness for fleet-scale data center infrastructure.

Design, build, and operate the observability and control-plane for a hyperscale GPU fleet. Own data pipelines, API surface, fleet state as source-of-truth, distributed command execution, and clean hardware/site onboarding (ZTP/DHCP/DNS). Ensure production reliability, run incidents, and drive automation to eliminate toil.

Design and own core backend primitives (entities, authz, audit, orchestration), model datacenter and hardware domains, ingest vendor/geospatial/BIM formats, build durable workflow and agent platforms, and enable AI agents to operate systems safely with strong guardrails and audit trails.

Build Fluidstack's AI-integrated software stack end-to-end: supply chain automation, capacity forecasting, internal AI tooling and agent frameworks, operational automation, and datacenter design/validation. Ship features from concept to production with high ownership and measurable outcomes.

Build and operate the observability platform, data pipelines, and production control plane for a hyperscale GPU fleet. Define infrastructure API surfaces, ensure fleet state is source of truth, integrate new hardware (ZTP/DHCP/DNS), and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and SLOs. Own incidents, postmortems, and system reliability.

Build and operate large-scale GPU compute fleet tooling: metrics pipelines, alerting, Redfish/BMC telemetry, repair/RMA automation, GPU qualification, and orchestration for Kubernetes and bare-metal deployments. Own reliability, scalability, incident response, and automation to minimize manual toil.

Own and scale the GPU compute fleet: build metrics, alerting, observability, and repair automation; design GPU qualification/burn-in pipelines; own Redfish/BMC tooling and firmware telemetry; run incidents, eliminate toil, and deliver end-to-end reliability and orchestration for Kubernetes and bare-metal compute at hyperscale.

Build and operate GPU fleet infrastructure: metrics, alerting, Redfish/BMC tooling, repair and qualification pipelines, automation for failure detection through RMA, and ensure reliability, scalability, and observability for Kubernetes-orchestrated and bare-metal GPU deployments.

Design and own core backend primitives (entities, audit, auth, orchestration), model domain entities for power/datacenters/chips, ingest vendor formats (KMZ, BIM, Revit), build durable workflow/orchestration systems, and enable AI agents to operate systems safely with guardrails and audit trails.

Build and own full-stack AI-integrated infrastructure: supply chain automation, capacity forecasting and scheduling, internal AI tooling and agents, operational automation, and datacenter design/validation applications from concept to production.

Build and operate the observability platform, data pipelines, and production control plane for a hyperscale AI compute fleet. Design and maintain infrastructure APIs, ensure fleet state is source of truth, integrate new hardware generations, and run on-call incident response and postmortems.

The AI Software Engineer will develop AI applications, maintain AI infrastructure, integrate AI into products, and work with various teams to enhance productivity using AI tools.

The role involves developing internal tooling for infrastructure management, building systems for asset lifecycle, automation, monitoring, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve operations.
