Lead the editorial direction and execution of FOX 13's morning news team, supervising staff, managing news content, and overseeing production schedules.

The Account Executive is responsible for cultivating business relationships in media sales, implementing innovative strategies, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth.

Lead planning and production of live newscasts, operate and maintain studio/control-room equipment, implement creative production concepts, direct breaking news, write/produce segments, shoot and edit video, troubleshoot post-show issues, and collaborate with on-air and technical teams to ensure consistent broadcast quality.

Produce and manage live streaming and social-first video for FOX Local and major platforms. Operate switching/encoding and clipping tools, publish and optimize content across apps and social networks, monitor analytics to guide coverage, collaborate with newsroom and engineering teams, ensure journalistic and legal standards, and support podcast production.

Produce assigned newscasts by compiling and writing stories, logging and editing video, directing control room operations, coordinating with reporters, anchors, assignment desk and web/social teams, and handling breaking news. Supervise writers and assist field crews and production staff to ensure timely, accurate live broadcasts.

As a Support Specialist, you will ensure technical delivery and operational resilience across digital platforms, support user testing, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Lead end-to-end streaming ad integrations and own high-severity delivery investigations. Build analytical frameworks using SQL and Databricks against large ad-log datasets, maintain FreeWheel configurations, define implementation and QA standards, and partner with product, yield, sales, and stations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Mentor other engineers and improve troubleshooting/escalation frameworks.

Book, research, and confirm guests for OutKick streaming shows; cultivate relationships and maintain an extensive contact network. Produce pre-interviews, pitch segment ideas, source relevant clips, and meet tight deadlines during breaking news. Work closely with producers and the executive producer to generate timely, creative angles and support live production needs.
