Writes and updates SEO-optimized, audience-focused mortgage and financial content. Conducts research, uses data and relevant perspectives, fact-checks sources, follows regulatory requirements, and maintains brand voice and editorial quality. The writer meets deadlines, follows production workflows, monitors industry news and content trends, and collaborates with internal stakeholders. This is an individual contributor position for a college student working 30–35 hours weekly for approximately 6–9 months.

Manage and resolve high-risk loan and complex customer disputes by performing root-cause analyses, coordinating across departments, handling escalations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide empathetic customer service via inbound/outbound calls, maintain confidentiality, document resolutions, and recommend process improvements to reduce future complaints.

Design, build, and support end-to-end enterprise intelligence solutions and cloud data platforms. Lead solution architecture, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML (including LLMs/RAG) to create governed, reusable enterprise data products, applications, and decision-support tools. Ensure security, governance, CI/CD, and operational excellence while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring engineers.
