Develop and execute FullWell’s social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Create video, carousel, static, story, and user-generated content; manage the social calendar; monitor analytics and KPIs; optimize performance; engage with the community; and coordinate with customer service, registered dietitian, influencer, and marketing teams. This is a 4.5-month leave coverage contract requiring strong content creation, social strategy, platform expertise, and reporting skills.

Provide empathetic, timely support to customers, resolve inquiries and issues, document interactions, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
