Lead IT projects for an MSP from kickoff to close: develop and manage plans, timelines, and budgets; manage and coach project engineers; liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders; oversee technical execution; control scope and risks; maintain documentation; evaluate estimates; and run post-project reviews to improve delivery and profitability.
