Leads a cross-functional engineering team responsible for GameChanger’s basketball coverage products across iOS, Android, and backend platforms. Coaches and develops engineers, sets delivery and reliability standards, partners with Product and Design on priorities, hires talent, and contributes to engineering culture and organizational effectiveness. The role requires technical depth, architecture fluency, product judgment, and active development of AI fluency.

Operate application security across the SDLC, including secure design, code reviews, threat modeling, API security, DevSecOps tooling, CI/CD security gates, cloud and container security, vulnerability management, and risk communication. Partner with engineering teams on secure coding standards, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, mobile ecosystems, and responsible AI integration. Participate in an on-call rotation and develop scalable security platforms, paved roads, documentation, and developer training.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of the end-to-end video pipeline (live ingest, transcoding, storage, playback, and developer SDKs). Mentor engineers, collaborate across mobile/web/ML/platform teams, own monitoring and on-call support, and help scale video streaming and VoD capabilities for millions of streams and clips.

Manage and grow the Video Enablement engineering team, own core video pipeline (ingest, transcode, storage, playback), enable third-party device integrations, collaborate on video roadmap, ensure scalable resilient AWS infrastructure, mentor engineers, contribute technically when needed, and support production incidents and cross-team enablement.
