Senior presales AI architect who designs and deploys production-ready AI solutions for contact center and CX use cases. Responsibilities include RAG and knowledge architecture design, contextual AI and orchestration, evaluation and observability frameworks, partner enablement and labs, technical escalation, demos and co-selling, integrations via REST APIs and MCP/A2A, and translating technical capabilities into business value while driving partner ecosystem scalability and product feedback.

Lead and execute demand generation operations and transformation projects across marketing systems, BDR operations, and go-to-market processes. Improve workflows, data quality, lead routing, campaign execution, and pipeline progression. Partner with DG, sales, and ops teams to drive process standardization, lead-to-cash improvements, and AI-enabled GTM initiatives while maintaining operational reliability in a global, fast-paced environment.

Lead strategy and governance for the Genesys Cloud monetization platform, ensuring usage metering, entitlement, rating, billing, auditability, and reporting. Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations to define standards, requirements, observability, reconciliation, and controls. Drive revenue integrity, remediate monetization issues, and enable scalable monetization across products.

Support administration, analysis, and governance of executive (VP+) compensation and equity programs. Perform market benchmarking, grant tracking, dilution and scenario modeling, reporting, and compliance support. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Stock Administration to ensure accurate processing, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Lead product strategy for foundational capabilities of Genesys Cloud, enhancing security, scalability, automation, and user experience for enterprises. Drive platform evolution from reactive to AI-assisted management by collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.

Lead design, build, and scaling of Agentic AI and industry-specific solution accelerators on Genesys Cloud. Develop reusable multi-agent workflows, RAG-based knowledge orchestration, integrations with enterprise systems, prototypes, and production-grade AI applications. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and industry SMEs, and deliver repeatable solution blueprints to accelerate deployment and time-to-value.

Drive outbound prospecting and build pipeline across strategic North American accounts. Research and engage senior stakeholders, qualify leads, partner with Strategic Account Executives on account-based strategies, book meetings, and manage pipeline and activity in Salesforce to meet regional revenue and KPI targets.
