Provide tactical and strategic BI to marketing, sales, and finance by building dashboards, defining KPIs, analyzing performance, alerting and investigating changes, and partnering with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliable tracking.

Design and build scalable full-stack features: high-performance Node/Go backend services, responsive React+TypeScript frontends, gRPC/REST APIs, background workers, SQL optimization, caching, Terraform-based AWS infrastructure, and mentor engineers while contributing to architecture, tests, and documentation.

Lead product direction for one or more early-stage education products: run pilots and beta programs, prioritize roadmap using data and customer signal, ship rapidly with engineering and design, define success metrics, and partner with go-to-market to scale validated concepts.

Build and maintain the GG App across Windows, macOS, and iOS including installers, background services, auto-update systems, enterprise deployment paths, health reporting, AWS backend, and documentation. Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and champion AI adoption and automation across engineering.

The Staff Software Engineer will build and maintain GoGuardian's Safety product suite, lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and champion AI adoption in engineering workflows.
