Advises and coaches executives as external communicators, integrates thought leadership with enterprise communications and marketing, and develops narratives that strengthen organizational reputation, stakeholder relationships, and industry visibility.

Supports product portfolio management as a workflow subject matter expert and technical analyst. Performs product performance, enrollment, pricing, competitor, and market analysis; supports product transitions, lifecycle management, issue resolution, forecasting, and retention initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Legal, Actuarial, Compliance, Sales, and Operations, develops policies and communications, supports vendor management, and assists with product training and market response decisions.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity architecture for AI and agentic systems, with emphasis on protecting PHI and enforcing HIPAA controls. Designs AI gateways, access controls, runtime protections, auditability, supply-chain safeguards, secure development practices, red-teaming programs, and incident response. Governs AI adoption, evaluates platforms and vendors, develops reusable architecture patterns, and advises stakeholders. Provides technical leadership and coaching while aligning systems with HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST, SOC 2, and related frameworks.

Performs audit-focused data extraction, analysis, and reporting using SQL, R, Python, SAS, Posit, and Snowflake. Supports internal and external audits, legal, compliance, and investigations by transforming complex datasets, identifying risks and trends, reviewing data models and process flows, and providing code feedback. Requires 5+ years of data analysis experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong querying and project management skills.

Develop and enhance cross-platform applications using Java, Python, or Node.js; build APIs; work with cloud and container orchestration platforms; query databases; conduct testing and debugging; review code; define technical specifications; support SDLC transitions; evaluate vendor products; and maintain IT controls and audit compliance.

Provides legal counsel and transactional support for procurement, healthcare operations, technology transactions, and strategic initiatives. Drafts and negotiates commercial, vendor, SaaS, cloud, software licensing, data use, and business associate agreements. Advises stakeholders on healthcare, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, regulatory, and contractual risks. Requires health insurance experience, active ASA designation, and proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL; FSA, pricing or reserving experience, and people or project management experience are preferred.

Lead teams and manage a portfolio of network development, management, and operations programs. Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, AHCA, NCQA, BCBSA), implement scalable processes, manage budgets (~$3.5M/project), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain provider/network documentation, and support sales RFI/RFP and reporting activities.

Assistant General Counsel responsible for managing litigation, disputes, arbitrations, investigations, and prelitigation matters for GuideWell and its affiliates. The role manages outside counsel, develops legal strategies, advises business leaders, drafts and reviews legal documents, serves as an external legal contact, and manages complex matters with minimal supervision.

Own cloud identity and access management across AWS commercial and GovCloud environments. Design federation, cross-account entitlement models, automated joiner-mover-leaver workflows, workload identities, OIDC pipelines, SSO onboarding, access recertification, and audit evidence. Integrate cloud entitlements with enterprise identity governance platforms while eliminating long-lived credentials and standing access. The role requires strong AWS and Azure IAM expertise, Terraform, federation protocols, regulated-environment experience, and obtaining CISSP certification within 180 days.

Senior leader responsible for enterprise acquisition marketing strategy and serving as CMX's strategic representative to the ACA segment. Leads acquisition planning, creative and communications, campaign operations, and local market/sales support. Mobilizes cross-functional CMX experts, oversees campaign execution across channels, ensures compliance, drives performance measurement and forecasting, and builds trusted relationships with segment leaders to align marketing to business growth targets.

Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized employer clients and distribution partners, ensure plan performance, lead cross-functional teams for implementations and renewals, drive retention and upsell, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client support and reporting.

Provide specialized corporate governance legal counsel to the Board and committees; prepare and manage Board materials; develop governance policies; advise on director qualifications, executive compensation, D&O matters, transactions, and compliance; coordinate with external stakeholders; manage governance records; conduct legal research and prepare opinions and memoranda.

Provide enterprise-wide legal counsel on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters. Monitor and interpret laws and enforcement activity, advise business units on compliance and regulatory strategy, develop policies, conduct regulatory risk assessments, coordinate with outside counsel, support compliance program implementation, respond to regulator inquiries, and prepare regulatory analyses for leadership and the Board.
