Guild Mortgage Benefits Overview

Leads the design and modernization of secure, scalable, resilient cloud platforms. Develops reference architectures, reusable engineering patterns, automation frameworks, IaC, CI/CD standards, security controls, observability, disaster recovery, and operational practices. Partners with architecture, engineering, security, SRE, and delivery teams to guide implementations, evaluate technologies, support cloud migrations, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and mentor technical teams.

Supervises the Business Analysis team and leads requirements activities for complex technology projects. Elicits, analyzes, documents, validates, and prioritizes business and technical requirements; develops testing strategies, process improvements, business rules, user stories, diagrams, and test scripts. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Information Systems development teams, supports Agile and other software development lifecycles, resolves escalated issues, and manages employee performance and development.

Leads and matures the organization’s third-party risk management program, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, continuous monitoring, remediation, contract security requirements, regulatory alignment, reporting, and executive risk guidance. Partners with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Privacy, and business teams to manage vendor security, privacy, operational, continuity, and concentration risks.
