Leads business and systems analysis for complex mortgage lifecycle initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into business, functional, data, API, integration, and nonfunctional requirements. Develops process and system models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies; supports Agile delivery, releases, defect resolution, and post-production validation. Partners with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to manage dependencies, risks, and impacts across web, mobile, legacy, and integrated systems. Mentors Business Analysts and improves analysis standards and practices.

Leads the company’s AI governance program by developing frameworks, policies, controls, inventories, approval processes, and monitoring for AI and LLM tools. Partners with security, engineering, IT operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams to manage AI risks, third-party due diligence, data protection, regulatory compliance, audits, training, and responsible AI adoption. Tracks emerging regulations and standards while measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Owns the enterprise reporting technology product roadmap, vision, backlog, requirements, sprint execution, releases, and stakeholder communications. Partners with business, analytics, development, QA, and EPMO teams to deliver accurate, compliant, scalable reporting, dashboards, and data solutions. Prioritizes work, manages dependencies and blockers, validates deliverables, monitors sprint metrics, and ensures products meet business objectives, quality standards, and customer needs.
