Build scalable annotation frameworks and playbooks, manage annotator teams, identify labeling errors and data trends, collaborate with policy leads and frontier AI lab stakeholders, and drive evaluations that inform model training, evaluation, and enforcement decisions.

Owner of full sales cycle to acquire net-new Fortune 500/100 employers: prospecting, account planning, executive engagement, negotiation, and closing complex six-figure SaaS deals. Operate with high autonomy, build pipeline via outbound outreach, manage forecasting and deal discipline, and travel for in-person selling and customer events.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data to improve EDU GTM operations. Own Salesforce and GTM system configuration, data quality, reporting, and automation. Lead process improvements, run audits and reconciliations, build dashboards and analytical models, support deal operations and booking closes, and drive cross-functional projects to increase growth, retention, and field productivity.
