Leads the design and facilitation of leadership development and sales training programs. Creates original content, coaches new sales leaders, supports onboarding, facilitates virtual and in-person sessions, and collaborates with Sales and Commercial teams. The role also develops digital learning, tracks training outcomes, supports field readiness and product initiatives, and gathers feedback to improve programs. This remote position requires up to 25% U.S. travel.

Leads the strategy, design, rollout, and optimization of digital tools, workflows, content formats, and platforms supporting field and strategic sales teams. Owns the digital commercial engagement roadmap, evaluates vendors, partners with IT, Clinical, Marketing, and Sales, and ensures adoption through pilots, feedback, analytics, and KPI tracking. The role develops mobile, audio, video, and interactive experiences while addressing physician workflow friction and compliance requirements. Remote work requires up to 25% travel within the United States.
