Manage a geographic territory to drive adoption and growth of Heartflows cCTA/FFRct clinical pathway. Build relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, develop and execute account business plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, run educational and promotional programs, and meet quota and penetration goals. Expect significant customer-facing time and ~20-25% travel.

The Territory Sales Manager drives sales of Heartflow's FFRct technology, develops new accounts, manages sales processes, and educates clients on product benefits while maintaining strong relationships with key clinicians in the cardiovascular field.

The Regional Business Manager will lead and develop a team to drive growth in cardiac diagnostic technology, managing relationships with key physicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide technical, front-line customer support and onboarding for Heartflow's web-based medical software. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases and knowledge base, deliver documentation and customer feedback into CRM, assist sales and production, and support account adoption and satisfaction metrics. May require on-call and weekend coverage after training.
