Plans, implements, monitors, supports, and optimizes enterprise IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, messaging, networking, security, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery. The engineer manages patches and upgrades, conducts security audits, supports capacity planning, documents systems, advises on technology acquisition, and serves as a technical resource or project leader. The role is fully on-site with 10–20% travel to other bank locations.

Supports commercial bankers with credit underwriting, portfolio management, loan documentation, financial statement spreading, cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, covenant monitoring, renewals, and customer service. The role independently manages a small commercial loan portfolio, prepares credit memoranda and projections, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, coordinates construction loan draws, and assists with customer and site interactions.

Provides customer service and relationship management in a bank branch, opens and verifies new accounts, cross-sells banking products, processes deposits and cash transactions, maintains compliance, handles account holds, and supports branch sales, community activities, and staffing needs.
