The Assistant Director of Deal Flow will source and manage investment opportunities, cultivate relationships with capital providers, and perform project management duties.

Manage conflicts clearance for new client intake: run conflicts checks, draft waivers and engagement letters, erect ethical walls, consult finance/legal, monitor ethics rules and client M&A, maintain documentation, and support special projects.

Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Support attorneys by developing and tracking matter budgets, producing financial and RFP analyses, creating matter plans, coordinating data for client reviews, establishing legal project management best practices, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting and improve profitability tracking.
