The Revit Specialist will create quality BIM documentation, manage Revit families, support project teams, and ensure design accuracy.

Support pursuit efforts from proposal prep to presentations; write and edit proposals, qualifications, and marketing content; create visual assets and maintain brand across channels; assist business development, events, awards, and thought leadership; coordinate conferences and mentor junior marketing staff.

Support marketing and pursuit efforts by creating and maintaining collateral, website, and digital content; craft brand narratives; uphold brand guidelines; assist with presentations, site visits, research, meetings, and administrative coordination; contribute to social media, photography/videography, and firm storytelling.

The role involves performing vulnerability assessments, developing mitigation solutions, and preparing design solutions for natural hazards, while communicating findings to clients.
