As Manager of Account Management, you will lead quota-carrying Account Managers, driving Net Revenue Retention through product expansion, renewals, and partner engagement. You will establish performance expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and processes.

Own partner onboarding and early adoption for MSP partners: drive setup, monitor license deployment and health, provide training and escalation, coordinate with technical teams, support renewals, and iterate on processes to improve partner outcomes and time-to-value.

Provide frontline sales operations support across SDRs, AEs, CAMs, SEs and reseller reps. Optimize and document sales processes, assist with tool implementations and automation, support monthly financial reconciliation and data audits, and liaise with Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve escalations and enable sales efficiency.
