Leads clinical and operational implementation of Anktiva across healthcare practices. Educates providers and staff on approved use, patient selection, preparation, dosing, handling, and administration; supports workflow integration, site onboarding, access readiness, reimbursement education, and Center of Excellence development. Identifies adoption barriers, coordinates cross-functional solutions, documents field activities, and ensures compliance with FDA regulations and company policies. This remote, field-based role provides on-site clinical support and requires extensive overnight travel.

Develop and expand strategic relationships with large urology group practices to drive Anktiva adoption and revenue. Manage strategic account plans, contract negotiations, GPO agreements, distribution services, forecasts, pricing, reimbursement pathways, and cross-functional business plans. Serve as the primary client contact, identify adoption barriers, engage key opinion leaders, monitor market and competitive activity, and provide account insights to leadership. The remote role requires overnight travel and driving a personal vehicle.

Manages multiple global clinical studies, supporting study documents, site recruitment and management, patient data monitoring, regulatory documentation, protocol compliance, site training, clinical updates, SOPs, and cross-functional clinical development activities.

The Uro Oncology Business Manager drives adoption of Anktiva in clinics and hospitals, builds relationships, and trains healthcare providers on treatment.

Configure, maintain, and optimize the company's Workday system (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Absence). Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot data/system issues, build custom reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, support updates/releases, and partner with HR on process improvements and change management.

Lead development, negotiation, and administration of clinical trial site budgets and contracts. Perform coverage analysis, CPT coding review, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Draft SOPs/templates, mentor junior staff, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations to ensure billing compliance and budget adherence.

Lead global clinical data management strategy and operations across Phase I-IV trials. Oversee CRF design, database builds, edit checks, data quality, governance, vendor/CRO relationships, regulatory inspection readiness, modernization (automation/AI), budgeting, and talent development to deliver regulatory-compliant clinical datasets.

The Senior Biostatistician will oversee statistical analyses and reporting of clinical trial data, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring junior staff.
