Supports post-market surveillance and quality assurance for medical devices by reviewing complaints and adverse events, assessing reportability and patient harm, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting field actions, risk assessments, CAPA, investigations, audits, and regulatory submissions. Collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, customers, and regulatory stakeholders while maintaining technical documentation and awareness of global surveillance requirements.

Supervise Quality Technicians across incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliant release of materials and finished goods. Manage daily workload, track quality/operational metrics, lead MRB disposition, support audits, maintain training and competency, and drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to meet regulatory and performance targets.

Field-based sales role selling Craniomaxillofacial medical devices. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, conduct product evaluations in OR and offices, provide training, manage territory and sample inventory, represent the company at events, resolve onsite product issues, and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Lead second-shift production of Class III medical devices, overseeing daily operations, staffing, quality/regulatory compliance, safety, performance metrics, and continuous improvement (Lean/6S).

Lead and define the research vision for Emergency Care, manage a team of scientists/engineers, drive long-term R&D strategy, budget and talent development, collaborate with KOLs, guide cross-functional scientific objectives, and produce IP and publications.

Provide clinical surgical support and manage Stryker and related OR equipment before, during, and after procedures. Troubleshoot devices, maintain account/vendor credentialing, record procedure metrics, train staff on products, adhere to HIPAA and facility policies, and provide shift/on-call coverage including occasional travel and rotating schedules.

Provide national, field-based coverage for neurosurgical sales representatives on leave and support regional sales efforts. Educate and train OR staff on Stryker neurosurgical products, promote products to clinicians, manage product evaluations, support trade shows, solve customer issues, maintain regulatory and GMP compliance, and travel extensively (≈95% overnight).

Lead quality operations for Emergency Care, overseeing quality systems, investigations, CAPA, metrics, audits, and cross-functional continuous improvement. Manage budgets, resources, and a team to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO) and product safety.
