Develop customer engagement strategies, medical education programs, educational content, and KOL networks. Coordinate courses, logistics, and content delivery; collaborate with Medical Education, marketing, sales training, and sales teams; analyze program effectiveness; gather customer feedback; and identify investment opportunities aligned with business priorities.

Leads global strategic sourcing for PCBA commodities and high-level assemblies. The role is field-based and involves 40% travel.

Supports post-market surveillance and quality assurance for medical devices by reviewing complaints and adverse events, assessing reportability and patient harm, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting field actions, risk assessments, CAPA, investigations, audits, and regulatory submissions.
