Lead downstream marketing and market development across the Americas to drive adoption of Insightec's focused ultrasound technology. Develop regional strategies, manage a small marketing team, collaborate with sales, clinical and medical affairs, run demand-generation and educational programs, oversee events and hospital partnerships, and track program metrics to optimize patient experience and program capacity.

Serve as a clinical and strategic resource for hospital and physician customers to support, implement, and grow MRgFUS programs. Build clinical relationships, optimize workflows, develop account plans, lead internal teams, monitor outcomes, maintain documentation, and communicate with stakeholders. Represent the company professionally and stay current on product data and industry trends. Role requires substantial travel to support sites.

Responsible for regulatory support in clinical and post-marketing activities, ensures compliance with FDA and EU regulations, and conducts audits.
