Leads B2B marketing strategy for client accounts across paid and organic channels. Develops integrated campaigns, buyer journey strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; oversees media, SEO, content, social, and retargeting efforts; analyzes performance and optimizes budgets, targeting, messaging, and conversion. Advises senior client stakeholders, leads cross-functional teams, manages partners, supports new business, and advances the agency’s B2B marketing capabilities.

Lead and develop a 7–10-person account executive team, own monthly quota attainment and pipeline coverage, improve forecasting, and standardize the sales process using MEDDICC/MEDDPICC. The role requires building onboarding and enablement programs, conducting pipeline reviews and coaching, partnering with revenue operations and client services, and scaling a successful sales motion into a predictable, repeatable system. The Vice President will report directly to the Chairman and help recruit experienced sales talent.

Design static 2D graphics, illustrations, typography, layouts, title cards, infographics, and branded imagery for video content. Collaborate with video editors, motion graphics designers, and creative teams to create polished, animation-ready assets while maintaining brand consistency. Organize layered design files, manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver production-ready work on schedule.
