The Director leads the Social Intelligence Analytics team, advising clients, managing projects, and utilizing AI to derive insights from social media data.

Lead client relationships and direct research teams to design and deliver innovation and market strategy studies (concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A&U, shopper and brand insights). Mentor staff, drive account planning, manage revenue and margins, and present actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and execute research from questionnaire design through analysis and reporting.
