Leads procurement strategy and team development; sources, qualifies, and manages domestic and international manufacturers and machine shops. Oversees supplier negotiations, performance, quality, delivery, inventory, purchasing, budgets, cost savings, risk mitigation, and process improvements. Requires strong manufacturing supply chain expertise, analytical and negotiation skills, ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency, and in-office work in Seattle. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.

Supports accounts receivable, collections, cash application, credit management, accounts payable, invoice processing, three-way matching, payment processing, and audit documentation. Works with clients to resolve receivables issues and assists the finance team with accounting tasks and special projects. This is a part-time temporary role lasting approximately six months, with a hybrid schedule.

Owns administration of a multi-company Salesforce ERP environment, including user access, declarative configuration, data quality, bulk data management, reports, dashboards, releases, sandbox deployments, ERP migrations, vendor coordination, audit support, documentation, and user adoption. Partners with accounting and operations teams to improve workflows and support onboarding of additional companies.

Leads finance and accounting operations across multiple aerospace companies, including monthly close, GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, M&A diligence and integration, SOX compliance, audits, risk management, and public-company reporting. Oversees Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, payroll, benefits, ERP, and HRIS functions while developing finance leadership and supporting strategic initiatives.
