Own and run the customer onboarding journey from post-sale through go-live and early adoption. Create implementation plans, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive time-to-value, ensure go-live readiness and handover to Customer Success, and improve onboarding processes.

Manage and grow Jumio's largest enterprise accounts by developing long-term strategies, driving revenue and retention, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating value propositions to maximize customer satisfaction and account growth.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and FP&A; build and manage finance team; provide data-driven strategic guidance to executive leadership and board; oversee financial systems, controls, KPIs, investor communications, and support M&A analysis.
