Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, SaaS metric reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and FP&A process improvements. Partner with executives, department leaders, Accounting, investors, and the board on decision support, reporting, growth initiatives, resource allocation, and potential M&A activity. Ensure forecasts align with accounting actuals and support the scaling of a PE-backed SaaS finance function.

Own and relaunch K1x’s demand generation function, setting strategy, pipeline targets, budgets, KPIs, and channel mix. Lead a small marketing team and agencies while managing digital campaigns, ABM, hosted events, lifecycle nurture, and customer expansion programs. Build reporting and attribution, collaborate with Sales and RevOps on funnel performance, and optimize spending based on ROI. Present results to leadership and develop scalable programs for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
