Designs, builds, and operates Microsoft Entra ID access management and identity governance for a large workforce identity migration. Responsibilities include Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, PIM, SSO, provisioning, B2B controls, entitlement management, access reviews, lifecycle workflows, hybrid Active Directory and SailPoint integration, and automation using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code. The role establishes engineering standards, documents designs, partners with SecOps, and mentors engineers.

Operate workforce, partner, and contractor identity access across Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint. Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, provisioning, access reviews, privileged access, hybrid synchronization, SSO, audit evidence, and identity incidents. Automate repetitive workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Python, Azure services, and ITSM integrations. Troubleshoot access issues, maintain runbooks, support compliance requirements, and collaborate with HR, IT, application, architecture, and security teams in a hybrid Seattle role with occasional after-hours support.
