Design and deliver trainings and workshops, create guides and communications, support business users, measure impact, and coordinate with delivery teams for build/configuration work. Maintain relationships and keep current on AI and M365 updates.

Lead enterprise portfolio prioritization, governance, and roadmap development. Advise executives through scenario planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Simplify governance, drive process improvements, and ensure investments deliver strategic outcomes.
