Manage complex Drupal and WordPress build and support projects from kickoff through completion. Lead client relationships, project planning, backlogs, budgets, timelines, resourcing, quality reviews, risk mitigation, and issue escalations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform basic site troubleshooting and configuration, improve delivery processes, and mentor project managers. The role is fully remote and requires collaboration during Pacific Time business hours.
