Provides bilingual English-Spanish classroom support in an early childhood preschool setting. Assists children with activities, development, behavior, safety, cleanliness, and routines; prepares classrooms and supplies; supports educators and therapists; manages snacks, kitchen tasks, laundry, and attendance; and engages parents and families through coaching and collaboration.

Lead Kindering's grants team and strategy, secure $2.25M+ annually, manage a 75+ funder portfolio, write and submit competitive proposals, and oversee full grant lifecycle including compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and staff training in collaboration with leadership and finance.

Lead the full grant lifecycle to secure $2.25M+ annually: prospect, write, submit, and manage a portfolio of 75+ funders. Research opportunities, cultivate funder relationships, ensure compliance and timely reporting, train contributors, maintain grant management systems, track budgets and deliverables, and collaborate across the organization.
