Plan and execute events, webinars, and speaking opportunities to generate qualified leads; build and manage strategic partner relationships and joint-marketing programs; collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to align messaging, track ROI, and expand partner ecosystem in target markets (e-commerce, SaaS, multi-entity businesses).

Lead and grow ecommerce channel, referral, and technology partnerships. Recruit and enable affiliate/agency partners, manage partner relationships and performance, represent the company at events, and collaborate with product/engineering to scope and launch integrations and go-to-market efforts.

Lead and grow the Product Engineering team to deliver customer-facing web dashboards, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows. Sell Kintsugi's sales-tax fintech solutions to e-commerce and SaaS companies. Build and manage pipeline, close deals, maintain client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, report forecasts, and track market trends to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain GTM infrastructure and integrations to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Automate workflows, ensure data hygiene, create reporting pipelines/dashboards, and partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for new clients: guide setup using a structured process, educate and troubleshoot, track progress, gather feedback, document best practices, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to improve adoption.
