Lead ambassador and power-user programs, host AMAs and live trading events, communicate product updates, gather actionable feedback for Product, create high-quality trading content, manage crises, and measure sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention. The role requires authentic trading experience, strong writing, independent judgment, and comfort operating quickly in crypto markets.

Lead Kraken Pro’s social presence across X, Telegram, and other platforms. Create platform-native content, respond rapidly to trends, engage the trading community, manage the content calendar, translate product updates into compelling narratives, and track performance to improve results. The role requires strong writing, rapid execution, visual content skills, analytical thinking, and collaboration with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant messaging.

Leads and develops a team building growth-critical platforms, AI-driven tools, automations, and infrastructure. Collaborates with Product and Design, guides architecture and implementation, manages execution, improves team processes, and partners with engineering leaders. The manager remains hands-on, writing production-grade backend code, using AI tools, and promoting quality, reliability, accountability, and team autonomy across distributed teams.

Build and operate Kraken’s internal AI platform, including governed integrations, authentication, identity controls, spend management, provisioning, evaluation tooling, and model lifecycle administration. Develop reusable agent and prompt infrastructure, integrate LLM and SaaS APIs, maintain runbooks, support enterprise users, and lead technical enablement. The role also implements data-handling and retention controls, manages vendors, and improves reliability, automation, documentation, and regulatory readiness across the AI estate.

Own the product vision and roadmap for Kraken’s unified exchange infrastructure, including matching, custody, algorithmic trading, APIs, and core systems. Lead four to five product managers, consolidate multiple trading engines, define performance and resiliency metrics, coordinate migrations across live markets, and align product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams. The role requires deep experience with exchange or high-performance platforms, market structure, low-latency architecture, and platform product strategy.

Owns paid static and motion creative for Kraken across multiple advertising platforms and markets. Develops concepts, produces AI-assisted imagery and video, localizes assets, interprets performance data, and iterates creative based on testing results. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, and regional teams while maintaining high visual craft, regulatory alignment, and production speed.

Own and scale Kraken’s global affiliate program and build its consumer KOL and creator strategy. Set partner, market, budget, and commercial priorities; negotiate affiliate and creator terms; manage strategic relationships; analyze cohorts, attribution, retention, CAC, ROI, and payback; and improve customer quality. Protect the channel against fraud, abuse, and brand bidding while adapting programs to regional regulations and customer behavior. Collaborate with Data, Product, Creative, Compliance, Performance Marketing, and regional teams.

Lead business operations for Kraken Pro by establishing operating rhythms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting executive decisions, managing reporting and roadmap systems, and identifying operational improvements. Partner with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives, improve product experiences, and ensure accountability across priorities.

Owns the people workstream for mergers and acquisitions from diligence through close and integration. Responsibilities include building diligence questionnaires, analyzing employment and compensation data, assessing risks, modeling compensation and equity structures, supporting negotiations, managing integration readiness, and developing reusable playbooks and automation. The role partners with corporate development, legal, finance, and people leadership while operating across global, confidential, and often ambiguous transactions.

Leads financial risk management for a CFTC-registered derivatives clearing organization. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring margin models, recalibrating parameters, conducting back-testing and stress testing, assessing clearing member and clearinghouse exposures, sizing default waterfalls and guaranty funds, preparing regulatory risk reports, maintaining model governance documentation, supporting regulatory examinations, and overseeing member capital, liquidity, collateral, and operational risk.

Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, translate workflows into agent automations, QA agent outputs, refine AI-generated creative, codify rules and guardrails, monitor and continuously improve cross-channel growth systems.
