Designs, deploys, configures, supports, and troubleshoots Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environments across on-premises, Azure, and AWS infrastructures. Responsibilities include system design, automation scripting, security, licensing, disaster recovery, backups, documentation, updates, third-party integrations, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Collaborates with geospatial, network, and development teams to support enterprise GIS systems for internal and external clients.

Manages and negotiates professional services, subcontract, and commercial agreements for an engineering and consulting firm. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing redlines and recommendations, tracking agreements, supporting negotiations, completing certifications and legal disclosures, drafting demand letters, managing mechanic’s liens, and coordinating approvals with internal teams. The role supports the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel and requires strong legal judgment, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.

Conduct wetland delineations, plant and wildlife surveys, biological monitoring, restoration oversight, stormwater monitoring, and field data collection. Research sensitive natural resources and regulatory requirements, support environmental permitting, and prepare investigation and analytical reports. Work with project teams on contaminated-site assessment and remediation projects, including construction-site monitoring. Requires biological field experience, environmental regulation knowledge, GPS and mapping software familiarity, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
