Lead growth strategy, revenue, pricing, partnerships, product positioning, customer acquisition, and cross-functional execution. Build and manage distributed growth, partnerships, and operations teams while overseeing budgets, P&L performance, and market expansion. Drive LemFi’s evolution from remittances to a multi-product financial platform through customer insight, strategic analysis, and AI-assisted market reviews.

Own end-to-end growth and market expansion across Latin America, driving user acquisition through paid, organic, community, agency, and influencer channels. Analyze CAC, conversion, and funnel data; optimize campaigns and product onboarding; build country-specific market-entry strategies; manage growth budgets and external partners; and guide hiring and resource allocation. The role focuses on launching and scaling in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and other LATAM markets.

Lead on-the-ground growth and community strategies for Ghanaian diaspora in the US/Canada. Travel to events, build partnerships, run user-acquisition campaigns, provide market insights to Product and Marketing, and serve as LemFi brand ambassador to drive measurable user growth.
