The Strategy Analyst provides analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations, leveraging data to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The Strategy Analyst will provide financial analysis, lead internal reports, and recommend strategies for business growth, focusing on leveraging data.

Serve as first point of contact for pre-settlement funding applicants in a high-volume inbound call center. Answer ~75-80 calls/day, collect and document applicant information, guide intake/onboarding, use CRM, meet sales/quality/productivity targets, follow scripts and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

The Funding Processor will review cases, ensure funding procedures are followed, run identity checks, and schedule payments for approved legal funding applicants.

Make outbound calls to generate new business, build and manage relationships with attorneys and law firms in an assigned territory, cross-sell company services, handle attorney inquiries, and support Regional Directors with day-to-day sales activities and coverage.

The role involves driving market growth, leading a team of Provider Development Executives, and managing a personal business portfolio while traveling across the assigned territory. Responsibilities include performance management, strategic opportunity identification, and contract negotiation.

This role involves leading and developing a team to drive growth in the East market, managing relationships, and ensuring strategic execution to achieve revenue targets.
