Build and govern clinical analytics datasets, SQL transformations, data marts, dashboards, and reporting solutions for clinical quality, patient safety, outcomes, regulatory, and research initiatives. Partner with clinicians, executives, researchers, and enterprise data teams to define metrics, ensure data integrity, implement testing and governance frameworks, and deliver trusted executive, board, regulatory, and clinician-facing insights using modern cloud data platforms.

Administers complex ADA accommodations and leave cases, including FMLA, disability, military, personal, workers’ compensation, and state-specific leaves. Ensures regulatory compliance, evaluates documentation and accommodation options, manages escalations, advises HR and managers, supports audits and legal inquiries, and improves processes, reporting, SOPs, and training materials.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise analytics by architecting SQL-based transformations, scalable data models, semantic layers, and governed datasets. Builds analytics products supporting healthcare KPIs, patient journeys, scheduling, retention, and operational decisions. Establishes analytics engineering standards, testing, documentation, lineage, and code-review practices; troubleshoots data-quality issues; partners with business and technical stakeholders; and mentors analysts in SQL, dimensional modeling, dbt, and governed data-product development.

Leads reputation management and consumer insights programs, overseeing ratings, reviews, feedback, sentiment analysis, reporting, and external partners. Translates quantitative and qualitative research into recommendations that strengthen brand trust, consumer experience, and business performance. Partners cross-functionally to identify reputation risks, improve consumer perceptions, and inform brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and business priorities. Requires strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Supports product development for patient access, engagement, and care continuity solutions. Translates business and clinical needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manages backlog updates; analyzes EHR and operational data; defines product KPIs; documents workflows; and supports agile delivery. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, IT, and Data teams while contributing to roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, UAT, and process improvement.

Leads corporate development initiatives focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, market research, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, transaction documentation, deal execution, post-merger integration, stakeholder presentations, and performance tracking. The role collaborates with finance, legal, operations, and business development teams while managing relationships with investment banks and industry partners.

Support product development to improve patient access, engagement, and outcomes. Translate clinical and business needs into requirements, maintain backlog, analyze EHR and operational data, define KPIs, support agile ceremonies, liaison with cross-functional teams, and produce documentation, release notes, and training materials.
