Own and build Loyal’s FP&A function, including integrated financial modeling, clinical and CMC forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, variance reporting, board materials, and cash runway analysis. Serve as the finance partner to R&D, clinical operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership. Select and implement an FP&A platform, establish planning and reporting standards, support accounting close and audits, and scale the function as the company approaches commercial launch.

Lead clinical development strategy and execution for veterinary drug programs, designing and overseeing companion animal trials, authoring protocols and regulatory materials (FDA-CVM), providing medical oversight and data interpretation, partnering cross-functionally, and building a high-performing clinical development team to support regulatory submissions and evidence generation.

Lead FDA CVM regulatory strategy and clinical trial operations for veterinary longevity drugs. Own INADs and regulatory submissions, prepare FDA meeting materials, advise on study protocols, SAE reporting, labeling, and cross-functional regulatory risks. Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, maintain regulatory records, and serve as the internal FDA CVM subject matter expert throughout development and submission.
