Lead origination and execution of complex power-sector transactions with municipalities, cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities. Build executive-level relationships, source opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, manage RFP and IRP engagements, and close equipment sales, service agreements, capacity contracts, and project partnerships. Represent Mainspring at industry events and customer sites, communicate market intelligence internally, and help shape product strategy.
