Lead origination and execution of complex power-sector transactions with municipalities, cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities. Build executive-level relationships, source opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, manage RFP and IRP engagements, and close equipment sales, service agreements, capacity contracts, and project partnerships. Represent Mainspring at industry events and customer sites, communicate market intelligence internally, and help shape product strategy. The role requires deep public power expertise, a strong utility network, transaction experience, and travel up to 50%.

Lead commercial growth and public power origination across municipalities, cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities. Source, structure, negotiate, and close complex energy transactions including equipment sales, service agreements, capacity contracts, and partnerships. Leverage executive utility relationships, manage RFPs and procurement processes, represent the company at industry events, and coordinate legal, regulatory, product, engineering, and finance teams. Provide market intelligence to influence product strategy. The role requires extensive power-sector transaction experience and up to 50% travel.

Owns supplier-facing supply chain program execution across NPI, EOL, and O&M initiatives, including schedules, budgets, engineering changes, supplier readiness, risk mitigation, cost analysis, and materials planning. Develops supply chain maps, coordinates contract manufacturers and suppliers, manages transitions and obsolescence, reports KPIs, improves processes, mentors project managers, and represents Supply Chain in executive forums.
