Administer and enhance Salesforce by configuring platform features, automations, security, reports, dashboards, and data processes. Support users, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, conduct testing and releases, and improve business workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and system administrators to deliver scalable solutions while supporting governance, compliance, data quality, and continuous platform improvement.

Owns senior relationships across a Taft-Hartley client portfolio, driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Builds relationships with trustees, fund administrators, consultants, TPAs, and fund attorneys; monitors labor and benefits market trends; supports proposals, pipeline strategy, conferences, and cross-functional account execution. Requires extensive Taft-Hartley benefits expertise, strong executive communication, and regular regional travel.

Design, build, and own Marathon's core cloud platform (primarily AWS). Implement IaC (Terraform), automation, self-service, and reliability-by-design. Define platform standards, embed security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/HITRUST) into workflows, reduce incidents through better design, and mentor other engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native. Build scalable backend services (C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails) and RESTful APIs. Work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, Kafka/Debezium, and databases. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and best practices, and operate autonomously.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.
