Design, build, and operate production AI and agentic systems for document intelligence, workflow automation, and copilots. Own LLM architecture, retrieval, tool use, orchestration, memory, evaluations, observability, cost, and latency. Partner with product and data engineering, evaluate vendors and models, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable production performance. Ship end-to-end improvements while communicating technical tradeoffs to product and leadership.

The Sales Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing and converting a pipeline of mortgage-related SaaS clients, executing sales strategies and building long-term customer relationships.

The Technical Architect/Lead will provide leadership for the microservices-based platform, driving architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Lead strategic, consultative enterprise sales to mortgage lenders, owning long-cycle deals across software and services. Build pipeline, engage executives, run discovery, partner with Sales Engineering and Product, and represent Maxwell at industry events to drive revenue and shape product positioning.

As a Product Manager, you will lead enterprise SaaS implementations, manage customer onboarding, and optimize mortgage workflows to enhance client success and platform adoption.
