The Security Engineer will operate security platforms, investigate alerts, support incident response, manage vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, review AWS and Zero Trust security, administer endpoint and awareness tools, automate security workflows, and maintain controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and related compliance obligations. The role is fully remote and collaborates with DevOps, Systems Operations, Engineering, MDR providers, and auditors.

Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and automation. Improve CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, Linux systems, networking, security, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and infrastructure reliability. Optimize cloud costs, support compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, and coordinate infrastructure modernization projects with internal teams, MSPs, and contractors.
