MedImpact Healthcare Systems Benefits Overview

Serves as a technical liaison between clients, business teams, and IT. Analyzes business and system needs, translates requirements into functional specifications, develops SQL queries, researches issues, documents workflows and business rules, and supports system enhancements, testing, implementation, training, and troubleshooting. Maintains client system documentation and project plans while ensuring timely, accurate service delivery and continuous improvement.

Manages healthcare and pharmacy benefit management client relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, service delivery, and renewal. Leads client teams, coordinates cross-functional projects, monitors service levels, analyzes claims results, resolves configuration issues, and ensures contractual compliance and customer satisfaction. The role also identifies operational improvements, supports business development, educates clients on systems, and manages implementation milestones. Domestic travel of up to 30% is required.

Manages healthcare client relationships and serves as the primary clinical contact for assigned PBM accounts. Implements and optimizes clinical programs, advises clients on formulary management and drug utilization, analyzes clinical performance and cost savings data, prepares reports, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates with sales, operations, account management, and clinical teams. Requires a current pharmacist license and occasional domestic travel.
