Own delivery of a core enterprise platform area from technical design through production launch. Responsibilities include program planning, dependency and risk management, technical design reviews, integration troubleshooting, release readiness, staged rollouts, evaluation and defect workflows for agentic AI, telemetry and SQL-based reporting, and communication with leadership and customers. The role requires hands-on technical fluency, production AI/ML delivery experience, and the ability to drive reliable enterprise deployments.

Support enterprise go-to-market across prospecting, deal execution, marketing, and implementation. Research accounts, run outreach, manage follow-ups, build pitches and sales materials, own event and content production, track pipeline and GTM metrics, and execute strategic projects with founders and senior revenue leaders.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI Operator solutions. Lead architecture and integrations, configure agentic workflows, deliver end-to-end implementations, troubleshoot and optimize deployments, and feed product roadmap with field insights.

Senior engineer who designs, builds, tests, and operates scalable backend services (Node.js/TypeScript); leads multi-sprint technical delivery; raises reliability, security (SOC 2) and observability standards; mentors engineers; runs code reviews; owns production readiness and incident response; and partners with Product, DevOps, and customers.
